“Knowledge Graph” Launched by Google

Google has formally launches its “Knowledge Graph”. The latest technology addition to the search engine has been hinted at for months and it is now ready to provide Google users with a better display of factual information about people, places and things.

The “Knowledge Graph” will not show for all searches but when it shows it will appear alongside Google’s traditional search results offering users a different format and improved search results.

The change was formally launched in the US (Soon to be showing in Google UK) yesterday after Google posted a blog about it. This follows a number of big changes from the search engines giants including “Search Plus Your World” and both the Penguin & Panda updates as Google continuously strive to better their search engine results.
