Who Are We?

Digital Agency Hertfordshire

A digital agency is always a sum of its parts – Innermedia is made up of passionate, driven people who are probably a bit too obsessed with what we do. We love good user experience, clean design, well-executed projects, improving conversions, and dad jokes, so that’s what we fill each day with.

For two decades, we’ve delivered excellent usability, beautiful design, and functionality for our clients. We don’t want to just show off our skills with the most cutting-edge design – we want to show off your business. Sometimes that means dialling back for a clean user-interface, sometimes that means bespoke development to make your website work for your business processes (not the other way around). So talk to us about what you want and we’ll see how we can exceed your expectations.

CHRIS AND SPENCE: A LOVE STORY

Chris founded the business with a partner in 2001 and Spence came on board in 2007. But they’ve known each other for far longer than that. Back when shoulder pads were huge and people actually wore bum bags, they went to school together – Spencer displayed Chris’ work for his art A Level and, in return, Spencer tried to convince Chris to bunk off as much school as possible.

OUR TEAM

Over the last thirty years, they’ve been through weddings, divorces, careers, 7 child births (combined), birthdays, and a lot of beer together. Lately they’ve been forcing each other to do Tough Mudder and wander around Welsh mountains – we can’t wait to find out what the next challenge will be.

Their friendship and work ethic form the foundation of our company and its culture.

THE REST OF US

As for the rest of us, Charles is currently the longest-serving staff member (which is probably why so many clients keep asking for him) and Jonti is our newest addition. We’re not an ever-revolving cast of guest stars, more like a family who sing really badly and actually enjoy board meetings.
