Making huge leaps and bounds in 2013

8th October 2013

We are proud to say that Innermedia have made huge advances in 2013 due to the addition of key personnel which has improved significantly the way we work, the internal management structure and the service we provide our clients.

Ed joined us at the start of the year and has brought a wealth of over 20 years development experience introducing responsive design, stringent security processes, accessibility, browser compatibility, .net development as well as helping both Louis and Charles, the other members of the team, to flourish under his lead by improving their skills and the general output and quality of the websites we deliver.

Ed has also taken on the production of each project his team handles which provides the client with a much more of a direct link to the workforce and ensures questions and actions are processed quicker and more effectively, again resulting in accurate production of projects.

Ed has also worked been instrumental in the development of a new personalisation project we are launching which uses variable data to change a website landing page to be specific to each individual user. This increases engagement with the reader and records what they do on the page which is then fed back to the client’s sales team for follow ups.

In June 2013 Corina joined us, making a huge impact, her 16 years search engine optimisation experience and past online campaign successes made her a must have member of the Innermedia team.

Her attention to detail, in-depth research, usability experience, advanced optimisation techniques and her understanding of traffic / search methods including; image search, information search and direct search has improved the planning and engagement of every website we now launch.

Corina has been running through all our existing clients making significant improvements to strategies and promotional campaigns – all very welcomed by our clients.

Both, Ed and Corina have combined superbly to ensure each project / client gets the best results from each department.

We are also lucky to have Calum and James from Crooked House Films join us as our in-house film and production team, they produce music videos, training videos, independent school films as well as corporate event and conversion videos. We are already hard at work with a few of our clients and were all excited to see the outcome.

The most recent addition to the Innermedia team has been Ralph who has joined the sales team this month – it is only early days but already he seems to have fitted in with the team and his great attitude, hard working ethics are clear for all to see. We are both working with the Film guys to produce our own range of product videos which help educate our existing clients by showing them current marketing strategies and how effective some of the products we are creating can be for their business. Watch this space….

Overall We are extremely proud of the leaps and bounds Innermedia have made in 2013, both the quality of work and the strategies have improved significantly which has had a reflection of the type of clients we are now winning. We’re excited to see where we go in 2014!
