Encore Reclamation are based in the East End of London and supply architectural salvage and reclaimed items to businesses and consumers throughout the UK. Their clients include Fat Face, The Turner Contemporary Gallery, BOXPARK in Shoreditch, and Nandos.

They needed a website that allowed both existing and new customers to buy their stock online, quickly and easily. Due to the nature of architectural salvage, they had limited amounts of each item and would need to update their website with new items frequently, as well as removing old items. An easy-to-use CMS was absolutely essential, as well as a clean site that would serve their existing clients as well as attracting new ones.
E-Commerce Web Design
We completely re-planned the navigation for the website to make sure that it followed SEO best practices as well as letting visitors find products with minimal clicks. The categorisation and content recommendations helped to improve rankings and made the site more user-friendly.
As well as buying online and integrating with Encore’s existing PDQ system, the site offers visitors the option of requesting a free sample and checking out using PayPal.
