Gengigel

Gengigel is a brand represented by Dent-O-Care, the first oral hygiene specialist in the UK. They manage brands from around the world to sell their products in the British market. As a new offering, Gengigel needed a brand new website and campaigns to raise awareness and drive sales for the Gengigel range of products.

Gengigel

The challenge was to create a clean and attractive site that has the content and imagery that appeals to both consumers and dental professions who may want to stock the brand at their practices, rather than buying in single units. We planned the website to contain information on the products, conditions that products treat, and information for clinicians so that they can easily see the benefits of recommending Gengigel products to their customers and request samples.

Banners on the site show off the product and clearly state the applications of each item in the range, while carousels offer people a single click through to further information or the e-commerce environment on the Dent-O-Care website.

A few months after the initial  website launch, we managed campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, and Adwords to increase awareness, jump-start their social presence, and to drive online sales.

After less than a week, the campaigns delivered:

2,650% more goal completions
208% higher conversion rate
1,006% more traffic
3,333% more traffic to the main product page

The conversion rate of 14% is in the top 10% of all online campaigns – the average for health and medical brands is 2.51% in search and 0.77% on the Google Display Network.
