London Duck Tours

London Duck Tours had a fairly old-fashioned site, and wanted to make sure that their new design would work for them to attract new customers and show off the full Duck Tours experience. They asked us to work with them to produce a new structure, design, and to work on their SEO and online advertising.

London Duck Tours

As always, our first step involved re-planning their website to provide the content that visitors (and Google) are looking for and to ensure that their website offered a good user journey from discovery through to conversion.

We updated their design but kept their branding and fun approach through the colour selection, bright imagery, and design splashes to show off one of their main USPs – the fact that the tours take place both on land and on the river, with a splashdown in between.

Once the site was live, we kept working on their online presence. Our work included blogger outreach, link building, and content marketing, as well as working on social media advertising and remarketing campaigns. The London Duck Tours website is now advertised on sites such as CNN, eBay, and Daily Mail as well as getting traffic and conversions from Facebook and Twitter.

We regularly invite bloggers to experience a London Duck Tour for themselves so that they can let their audience know what they think. This has been hugely successful and allowed London Duck Tours to reach over 40,000 people who were previously unfamiliar with the brand.
