Our Lady of Sion

Our Lady of Sion School is part of the Independent Schools Association – the school was founded in 1862 and has a rich history as well as a diverse community, but the website didn’t reflect that. The old website featured a very slow-loading introductory page and other elements that severely impacted user experience.

The new design showcases beautiful photography from various areas and activities within the school. You can clearly see the personality and feel of the school within moments of landing on the homepage.

We also worked to improve user experience on the website – a large part of this focused on load speed. The current website scores 92/100 on Google’s speed checker, showing that the site is well-built and will not result in a high bounce rate caused by slow load times.
